Prairie Dogs!!
No, not the animal! Dinner will be various sausages, including vegetarian sausage, andouille, chicken sausage, maybe even spicy italian sausage; a variety of breads – we’re adventuring beyond ordinary hot dog buns. Condiments such as sauerkraut, peppers and onions, relishes, various mustards, will complement the sausages.
