For now www.commit2respond.org is still there, but the Unitarian Universalist Ministry for the Earth (UUMFE) plans to close down the Commit2Respond website soon and team up directly by Earth Day 2018 with the Environmental Justice Practitioners Network (a program organized by the UUA Green Sanctuary Program and UUMFE) and all Unitarian Universalist eco-justice ministries.

The goal is to catalyze learning, transformation, community connections, and collective action to increase the networks’ capacity and impact towards ecological, climate and environmental justice. Monthly webinars feature reflection and education and deepen our faith grounding for environmental justice. Witness essential models and build skills for partnering with people in front line communities. Guest speakers share on wide-ranging, cutting-edge environmental and climate justice topics. Sign up at https://www.uuministryforearth.org/ej-practitioners- network .

Locally you might be interested in participating in Tennessee Interfaith Power & Light seeking spiritual responses to climate
change (UUCC is a partner) or Chattanooga Citizen’s Climate Lobby.
