11:00 am ~ Accidental Genius
Simon Van Booy marveled at geniuses like Charles Darwin and Edwin Jenner, the father of immunology, while accepting that he could never leave such a mark on the world. Simon decided to perform simple acts of kindness or generosity that make life better for others. Through this path of conscious compassion, Simon believed he might in some way become an ‘accidental genius.’ His recently published book, Tales of Accidental Genius, is proof indeed that being a ‘genius’ and contributing significantly to the world is not confined to a few but available to us all.
