The Stories Behind Our Values
Facilitated by Gale Audier & Jen Horning
Our values—those beliefs that shape who we are and how we move through the world—don’t come from nowhere. They grow out of our lived experiences: what we witness, what we feel, what we learn, and what we’re taught.
Sometimes we carry something forward. Sometimes we choose a different way—something kinder, more just, more true.
However they take shape, our values have personal origin stories. This Sunday, we’ll gather in small groups to share those stories—and to listen deeply to one another. The QUUrale will also perform.
PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT have spoken announcements after the service concludes. If you have an announcement, please submit it in writing to jhorning1981@gmail.com or gale.audier@gmail.com by Saturday March 28 at 12 pm. They will be featured on an insert in the printed program.

Singing is a resource, a gift, and a power that helps to connect us, to regulate our nervous systems, to metabolize our feelings. Singing from the heart is not about perfection its about changing ourselves and our world.
