Duty to Warn

Dr. Andrew Spitznas, a psychiatrist, will be speaking on behalf of Duty to Warn, an association of mental health professionals and other concerned citizens who advocate President Trump’s removal from office under the 25th Amendment on the grounds that he is psychologically unfit. Duty to Warn is a national movement with many local chapters, including one in Chattanooga. Dr. Spitznas is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His practice has been in Tennessee since 2009. He also has a weekly column at Patheos entitled Secular Cinephile.
